These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program operated by Innova Skin and Wellness Studio (“we,” “us”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Innova Skin and Wellness Studio sends appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to messages you send us, missed-call follow-ups, review requests, and occasional updates and offers. Messages are conversational and transactional and are sent only to our own customers.
How to opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on our online opt-in form, by texting us first, or by giving express written consent in person at our studio. Consent is never pre-checked and is never required as a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us — up to 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Innova Skin and Wellness Studio does not charge for these messages; charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. You may rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
